What does the E2 message code mean?

The “E2" message appears when trying to boil water above its boiling temperature at a high altitude. Water’s boiling point at a higher altitude is less than 212F (100C); thus, trying to boil water above the boiling point of a given altitude will trigger the E2 message. If you live at a high elevation, boil water at a lower temperature to avoid the E2 message.
