My order's tracking number says it was delivered but I did not receive it. What should I do?
Please also reach out to your local post office to see if they have further information if you have a carrier tracking number. At times, an item that is still on its way will be tagged as delivered incorrectly. Your local postmaster and mail carrier will be the ones to have further information with regard to delivery.
