Can I purchase a replacement part? Do you sell just the filter/carafe?

Currently, we do not sell any of our product parts separately besides from the Stainless Steel Filters for RJ3 Pour Over Makers and the silicon ring on the Stainless Steel Filters.

However, we provide a one-year warranty for all our products. We’ve also launched a glass guarantee program recently. Please check this link for more information.
