My item is damaged and out of the 30 days return/exchange window. What should I do?

Send us a picture and description of your case anyway! While normal wear and tear would not warrant a replacement, our customer support team can look into your case. If damage is deemed as a manufacturing defect or unreasonable, we can still send you a replacement or issue a refund.
